My girlfriend and I went through a raft of estate agents when we decided to put our property on the market but then we came across a letter from Elsewhere and we knew that we needed to contact them. It very much appealed to me that their marketing letter through our letterbox wasn’t the bog-standard template you usually see, it was quite personal and specific so when we contacted them and organised a viewing and so on, we immediately felt like all of our questions and apprehensions we had with other estate agents was no longer here. They were able to find us great new tenants within a month of working with us and I think it’s safe to say that my girlfriend and I will most certainly look to work with Elsewhere again at our next earliest availability opportunity!

After meeting Bernard who completed the valuation on our house and patiently explained the process and options, we did decide to market our house with Elsewhere.
We are really pleased to say that we did not regret our decision and have received a service beyond our expectations.

Despite the short turnaround and Easter holiday slowing things down a bit, the team at Elsewhere were able to get me into the studio flat I had been interested in fairly quickly and just in time to start my new job which was located within the area I had moved to.
Chloe initiated the process and the rest was handled by Jan who went above and beyond to ensure I was constantly in the loop as the referencing period was on a tight deadline before the move-in date. Even on the day I moved, she met me briefly (covid rules applied) to make sure I was happy with the property and that everything went smoothly.

To-date, I had an excellent experience dealing with Matt and Jan from Elsewhere. Matt managed to find the tenant quite quickly and he kept me informed on the progress whilst finding the new tenant.
My only suggestion is Goodlord / Utility Bills transfer / payment during the short vacant property period can be handled in a much more coordinated way. I had to intervene and deal with both Thameswater and Scottish Power.

My house was up for sale for 16 weeks before Harry took over the potential sale. With the previous estate agent we were having no success and started to doubt selling our property.
Harry made contact with us after noticing the house was not selling and presented Elsewhere to us as a potential alternative agent. After ending our contract with our old estate agent Harry made it very clear he would do his utmost to help with the sale of the property.
Within the space of a week Harry had organised a photographer to come and take very high quality pictures, arranged two viewings for three days later and then a further four more a few days after that.
Myself and my husband are blown away at Harrys enthusiasm and proffesionalism when conducting the viewings. Harry has always been very upbeat and polite when conversing with us which is reassuring and a nice touch.
Hopefully we will get our house sold, as this will reflect on Harry and the hard work he clearly puts in to his job.
